Seasoned Chili Sauce

Excellent, yet easy to prepare.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 teaspoon [5 g] softened butter
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] brown sugar
- 10 ounces [284 mL] chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dry mustard
- 1 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
|
- Melt butter over low heat.
- Mix in brown sugar.
- Then well mix in chili sauce, dry mustard and Tabasco sauce.
- Take away from heat.
- Mix well; cool.
- Keep refrigerated.
