Seasoned Chili Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon [5 g] softened butter
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] brown sugar
  • 10 ounces [284 mL] chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dry mustard
  • 1 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • Melt butter over low heat.
  • Mix in brown sugar.
  • Then well mix in chili sauce, dry mustard and Tabasco sauce.
  • Take away from heat.
  • Mix well; cool.
  • Keep refrigerated.
