On-the-Side Dijon Sauce

Comments: Serve, along with Chinese or Bourguignonne fondue.
Also excellent served as a dip or with baked potatoes.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons [37.5 mL] plain light yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Dijon mustard
  • 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
  • Using a miniature whip, whip together all ingredients into a small bowl, until light and creamy.
  • Check garlic taste.
