Fine Herbs Sauce

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise [or salad dressing]
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] finely minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] tarragon
  • Pinch of thyme
  • 6 ounces [190 mL] plain yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Well mix together all ingredients; refrigerate.
  • Tastes better when prepared a few hours before serving.
