- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise [or salad dressing]
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] finely minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] tarragon
- Pinch of thyme
- 6 ounces [190 mL] plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Well mix together all ingredients; refrigerate.
- Tastes better when prepared a few hours before serving.
