- 2 [10-ounce / 284-mL each] cans beef consomme concentrate
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 package instant onion soup
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup [250 mL] red wine
- Water

- Mix together all ingredients into a metal fondue pot.
- Fill fondue pot up to 3/4th with water.
- Bring to a boil, before transferring onto fondue stand.
