Chinese Beef Tabasco Fondue Broth

  • 2 [10-ounce / 284-mL each] cans beef consomme concentrate
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 package instant onion soup
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup [250 mL] red wine
  • Water
  • Mix together all ingredients into a metal fondue pot.
  • Fill fondue pot up to 3/4th with water.
  • Bring to a boil, before transferring onto fondue stand.
