Anchovy Sauce

Comments: Excellent with beef fondue and with raw vegetables.
It is also delicious, spread over grilled steaks.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 container whipped cream
  • 1 tube anchovy paste or butter
  • 2 or 3 small anchovy fillets
  • Mix together whipped cream and anchovy paste or butter.
  • If mixture is too salty, add some whipped cream.
  • Mince anchovy fillets; add to creamy mixture.
  • Keep refrigerated, until ready to serve.
