Anchovy Sauce

Excellent with beef fondue and with raw vegetables.
It is also delicious, spread over grilled steaks.
Ingredients
Preparation
1 container whipped cream
1 tube anchovy paste or butter
2 or 3 small anchovy fillets
Mix together whipped cream and anchovy paste or butter.
If mixture is too salty, add some whipped cream.
Mince anchovy fillets; add to creamy mixture.
Keep refrigerated, until ready to serve.
