Devil's Sauce

Comments: Excellent with pork or turkey fondues.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] oil
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
  • Soften minced garlic and onion into hot oil.
  • Stir in cornstarch.
  • Well stir in vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
  • Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute, stirring.
