- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] oil
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard

- Soften minced garlic and onion into hot oil.
- Stir in cornstarch.
- Well stir in vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
- Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute, stirring.
