Preparation
1 large garlic clove
17 1/2 ounces [500 g] Vacherin cheese
3/4 cup [190 mL] water
Pepper
Rub a ceramic fondue pot with garlic clove.
Add and heat together cheese and water, over low heat, stirring.
Be careful, mixture must not boil!
Pepper to taste.
