Chocolate Marshmallow Fondue

  • 6 ounces [170 g] chocolate chips
  • 1 [14-ounce / 400-g] good quality chocolate bar
  • 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups [500 mL] heavy cream [35% m.s.g.]
  • Fruits pieces
  • Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring.
  • Add marshmallows; stir while melting.
  • Stir in cream, until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour into a chocolate fondue bowl, over a candle.
