- 2/3rd part Oka cheese
- 1/3rd part Gruyere or Old Cheddar cheese
- White wine [1 ounce / 28 mL] per serving
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon [3 g] flour per ounce [30 mL] white wine

- Mix together Oka cheese, Gruyere or Old Cheddar cheese, white wine, garlic clove and flour.
- Slowly bring mixture to a boil, stirring.
- Transfer into a ceramic fondue pot; arrange over burner on the table.
- Serve, along with fresh French bread cubes to dip in.
