Cheese Fondue from Oka

  • 2/3rd part Oka cheese
  • 1/3rd part Gruyere or Old Cheddar cheese
  • White wine [1 ounce / 28 mL] per serving
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon [3 g] flour per ounce [30 mL] white wine
  • Mix together Oka cheese, Gruyere or Old Cheddar cheese, white wine, garlic clove and flour.
  • Slowly bring mixture to a boil, stirring.
  • Transfer into a ceramic fondue pot; arrange over burner on the table.
  • Serve, along with fresh French bread cubes to dip in.
