Chinese Herb Fondue Broth

Serve along with chicken slices, beef slices, seafood pieces...
Serve along with lots of wine, as this fondue is quite spicy.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can onion soup concentrate
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can beef consomme concentrate
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] salt
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] pepper
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] thyme
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] fines herbs
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce

- Mix together all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Reheat before serving, hot.
