On-the-Side Sauce

Comments: Excellent with fondues, super as a dip.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 2 cups [500 mL] mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] ketchup or chili sauce
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] honey
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] minced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] curry powder
  • 3 or 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • Chopped parsley, to taste
  • Blend together all ingredients, into a blender, until smooth.
