Chive Sour Cream Sauce

If desired, use finely chopped green onions instead of chives.
Great with Bourguignonne fondue.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 cup [250 mL] sour cream
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] finely chopped chives
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon [7.5 mL] lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
