- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can shrimp soup concentrate
- 1 [6-ounce / 170-mL] can lobster or crab meat, drained
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
- 1/2 cup [115 g] grated Old Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Sherry wine
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 loaf French bread, into large cubes

- Mix together, into a metal fondue pot or a casserole, shrimp soup concentrate, drained lobster or crab meat, milk, grated cheese, Sherry wine and Cayenne pepper, to taste.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
- Serve, along with large bread cubes, to dip into fondue.
