- Good homemade tomate sauce
- Vegetables into bite-size pieces: boiled potatoes, leek, sweet peppers, artichokes hearts, black olives and mushrooms].
- Selection of meats into bite-size pieces if needed: tiny balls ground lamb, Italian or other sausages, pepperoni or other dry sausages.
- Selection of seafood: shrimps, scallops.
- At least 2 different kinds grated cheese [Raclette and Oka cheese, for example].

- Pour a thin coat tomato sauce over the bottom of a casserole.
- Add desired meats, seafood and vegetables; then sprinkle with grated cheeses.
- Broil.
