Indian Sauce

Comments: Excellent with both, chinese and beef fondues.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] finely chopped sweet green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] Cayenne pepper
  • 3 ounces [85 mL] tomato paste
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Puree together all ingredients, into a blender.
  • Keep refrigerated.
