Excellent with both, chinese and beef fondues.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] finely chopped sweet green pepper
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] Cayenne pepper
- 3 ounces [85 mL] tomato paste
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 garlic clove

- Puree together all ingredients, into a blender.
- Keep refrigerated.
