This recipe, for beef fondue, can be doubled.
It is also delicious with steaks.

2/3 cup [160 mL] chili sauce
3 tablespoons [45 mL] minced green onions
2 to 3 tablespoons [30 to 45 mL] Cognac
Well mix together all ingredients.
