  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • 28 ounces [800 g] really thin chicken slices
  • Fondue sauces
  • Beat eggs into a small bowl.
  • Transfer bread crumbs into a clean small bowl.
  • Heat some oil into a metal fondue pot.
  • Arrange chicken slices onto separate plates, onto the table.
  • Using long fondue forks, dip a chicken slice, into beaten egg and then into bread crumbs before dipping it into hot oil.
  • Serve along with your favorite fondue sauces, using mayonnaise, curry powder, ketchup, minced onion, soy sauce....
