- 28 ounces [800 g] really thin chicken slices

- Beat eggs into a small bowl.
- Transfer bread crumbs into a clean small bowl.
- Heat some oil into a metal fondue pot.
- Arrange chicken slices onto separate plates, onto the table.
- Using long fondue forks, dip a chicken slice, into beaten egg and then into bread crumbs before dipping it into hot oil.
- Serve along with your favorite fondue sauces, using mayonnaise, curry powder, ketchup, minced onion, soy sauce....
