Cheese Sauce

Comments: Excellent with Chinese fondue.

IngredientsPreparation
  • 6 tablespoons [90 mL] ketchup
  • 1 tablespon [15 mL] prepared mustard
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] sweet relish
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 teaspoons [20 mL] cheese spread
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • Minced parsley, to taste
  • Heat together all ingredients over low heat, until really smooth.
