Vegetable Garlic Sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 small carrot, peeled
  • 1/2 green pepper, seeded
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • Finely mince garlic cloves, mushrooms, carrot, green pepper and green onions.
  • Mix with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
