- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 small carrot, peeled
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise or salad dressing

- Finely mince garlic cloves, mushrooms, carrot, green pepper and green onions.
- Mix with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
