- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1 pouch good quality dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise
- 2 cups [500 mL] sour cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- Boil spinach into salted boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Drain; pat dry spinach leaves with paper toweling.
- Cream together all ingredients, into a blender.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving, at room temperature.
