Spinach Sauce

Comments: Also excellent as a dip with raw vegetables.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • 1 pouch good quality dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise
  • 2 cups [500 mL] sour cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Boil spinach into salted boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Drain; pat dry spinach leaves with paper toweling.
  • Cream together all ingredients, into a blender.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours before serving, at room temperature.
