- 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] white cheese
- 4 1/3 ounces [135 mL] plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] tiny sour pickled onions

- Beat together white cheese and yogurt until thick and creamy.
- Very finely chop sour pickled onions.
- Add to cheese/yogurt creamy mixture.
- Serve cold.
