Garlic Sour Onion Sauce

Comments: Can also be used as a dip, adding only half of mayonnaise.

  • 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] white cheese
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] finely minced sour pickled onions
  • Milk [enough to get desired consistency]
  • Mix together all ingredients; refrigerate.
  • Remove sauce from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
