Garlic Sour Onion Sauce

Can also be used as a dip, adding only half of mayonnaise.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] white cheese
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] finely minced sour pickled onions
- Milk [enough to get desired consistency]

- Mix together all ingredients; refrigerate.
- Remove sauce from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
