Cheesy Crabmeat Fondue

If desired, also serve along with with pre-cooked vegetable pieces such as broccoli, carrot, cauliflower..., and/or raw mushrooms.

  • 1 can frozen crabmeat
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] white wine
  • 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] cream cheese
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 baguette, cut into cubes 1 hour before serving
  • Defrost and drain crabmeat; reserve.
  • Pour white wine into a ceramic fondue pot; simmer for 1 minute.
  • Stir in cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup until well blended and slowly boiling.
  • Stir in reserved drained crabmeat; reheat, stirring.
  • Serve, along with bread cubes.
