Cheesy Crabmeat Fondue

A delight for 2.
If desired, also serve along with with pre-cooked vegetable pieces such as broccoli, carrot, cauliflower..., and/or raw mushrooms.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 can frozen crabmeat
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] white wine
- 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] cream cheese
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 baguette, cut into cubes 1 hour before serving

- Defrost and drain crabmeat; reserve.
- Pour white wine into a ceramic fondue pot; simmer for 1 minute.
- Stir in cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup until well blended and slowly boiling.
- Stir in reserved drained crabmeat; reheat, stirring.
- Serve, along with bread cubes.
