Dill Sauce

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] milk
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dried or freshly chopped dill
  • Pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • Mix together all ingredients; refrigerate.
  • Tastes better when prepared a few hours before serving.
