- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 [19-ounce / 540-mL] can tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] Tabasco sauce
- 1 pound [454 g] Mozzarella cheese, grated

- Soften chopped green pepper into boiling water for a few minutes.
- Mix together softened green pepper, tomatoes, minced garlic and Tabasco sauce into a saucepan.
- Boil for 5 minutes, crushing tomatoes.
- Add grated cheese, a little at a time, stirring constantly until completely melted.
- Serve, along with bread cubes.
