Port Chocolate Fondue

  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] country-style cream [15%]
  • 1 [14-ounce / 400-g] Swiss dark chocolate bar
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] Port
Fruit Bites
  • Peeled kiwi wedges
  • Banana slices
  • Starfruit wedges
  • Freshly hulled strawberries
  • Cored pear wedges
  • Clementine wedges
  • Mango wedges
  • Whole red and green grapes
  • Bring cream to just a boil over medium heat.
  • Mix in dark chocolate until smooth.
  • Well mix in Port.
  • Pour into a chocolate fondue bowl.
  • Serve over a candle, along with any desired fruit bites.
