- 1/3 cup [80 mL] country-style cream [15%]
- 1 [14-ounce / 400-g] Swiss dark chocolate bar
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] Port
Fruit Bites
- Peeled kiwi wedges
- Banana slices
- Starfruit wedges
- Freshly hulled strawberries
- Cored pear wedges
- Clementine wedges
- Mango wedges
- Whole red and green grapes

- Bring cream to just a boil over medium heat.
- Mix in dark chocolate until smooth.
- Well mix in Port.
- Pour into a chocolate fondue bowl.
- Serve over a candle, along with any desired fruit bites.
