Broccoli Cheese Fondue

Comments: Ideal to serve at the end of the evening, along with raw mixed vegetables pieces and bread cubes.

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 broccoli, boiled 'al dente', into flowerets
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate
  • 1 [8 3/4-ounce / 250-g] jar cheese spread
  • 1 chopped onion, fried
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • Into a ceramic fondue pot, well mix then heat together all ingredients.
  • Serve really hot onto a rack, over a candle.
