Caribou Steak [barbecue]

Comments:	Caribou is also called Canadian moose or reindeer. The number of steaks needed varies according to the number of guests and the size of the steaks - quantities of remaining ingredients will vary accordingly.

1/3 cup [80 mL] vegetable oil 1/4 cup [60 mL] soy sauce 1 teaspoon [5 mL] garlic puree Pinch freshly chopped parsley Caribou steak[s]	Mix together vegetable oil, soy sauce, garlic puree and chopped parsley. Marinate caribou steak[] in marinade for at least 4 hours, refrigerated. Arrange caribou steak[s] over a preheated, hot barbecue rack. Barbecue, to taste.
