Sauce for Game Animals and/or Birds

If desired, use any wild berry [cranberry, blueberry...] jelly instead of gooseberry jelly.
Servings:

2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
7 ounces [220 mL] gooseberry jelly
3 tablespoons [45 mL] chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
Melt butter.
Stir in gooseberry jelly, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Serve, hot.
