- 1 [8-ounce / 227-g] pack cream cheese
- 1 [16-ounce / 454-g] pack Old Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup [60 g] grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped sweet green pepper
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] milk
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] freshly chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] toasted pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] tiny cubes sweet red pepper
- Chopped parsley [to garnish]
- Sweet red pepper pieces ... [to garnish]

- Mix together cream cheese, grated Old Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped sweet green pepper, chopped green onion and milk.
- Drop spoonfuls mixture, shaping a large ring [use a small glass bowl in the center], onto a serving plate.
- Smooth top of ring with a spatula.
- Remove glass bowl.
- Sprinkle all over with a mixture of chopped parsley, toasted pecans pieces and sweet red pepper cubes.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Just before serving, garnish wreath to taste, with chopped parsley and sweet red pepper pieces.
