Crabmeat with Cream Cheese

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 2 to 3 tablespoons [30 to 45 g] butter
- 1 small cream cheese package
- 1 can crabmeat
- 8 English muffin halves
|
- Blanch sweet red pepper into boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.
- Cut sweet red pepper into tiny pieces.
- Melt butter.
- Stir in cream cheese, until melted.
- Mix in drained crabmeat and sweet red pepper pieces.
- Spread mixture over English muffin halves.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Brown under broiler.
- Serve immediately.
