Crabmeat with Cream Cheese

  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons [30 to 45 g] butter
  • 1 small cream cheese package
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 8 English muffin halves
  • Blanch sweet red pepper into boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.
  • Cut sweet red pepper into tiny pieces.
  • Melt butter.
  • Stir in cream cheese, until melted.
  • Mix in drained crabmeat and sweet red pepper pieces.
  • Spread mixture over English muffin halves.
  • Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Brown under broiler.
  • Serve immediately.
