- 1 pound [454 g] Camembert cheese
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] ground almonds
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying

- Cut Camember cheese into 24 wedges.
- Into a bowl, mix together ground almonds and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each cheese wedge into beaten eggs.
- Then completely coat cheese wedges with ground almonds/breadcrumbs mixture.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Fry into hot oil, over high heat, until golden brown.
- Drain onto paper toweling, and serve.
