- Lettuce leaves
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] vinegar
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] brown sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped nuts

- Arrange pear halves onto lettuce leaves [rounded side up].
- Mix together cream cheese and drained pineapple.
- Spread pear halves with mixture.
- Mix together vegetable oil, vinegar and brown sugar; pour over cheese.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
