- 1 jar snails
- A little white wine
- Garlic margarine or butter

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Bring together snails and white wine to a boil, into a small saucepan, for 1 minute.
- Drain snails.
- Arrange snails into snail dishes; top snails with garlic margarine or butter.
- Bake into preheated oven, removing dishes from oven as soon as butter starts to bubble.
