Garlic Snails

Comments: These snails are tender and delicious.
  • 1 jar snails
  • A little white wine
  • Garlic margarine or butter
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Bring together snails and white wine to a boil, into a small saucepan, for 1 minute.
  • Drain snails.
  • Arrange snails into snail dishes; top snails with garlic margarine or butter.
  • Bake into preheated oven, removing dishes from oven as soon as butter starts to bubble.
