- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cold water
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] unflavored gelatin
- 1 large avocado, pureed
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup [250 mL] whipping cream [35% m.s.g.]
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves
- Lemon or lime slices

- Soak gelatin into cold water, into a saucepan.
- Stir over low heat, until completely dissolved; reserve.
- Mix together avocado puree, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Using an electric mixer, whip together whipping cream and mayonnaise.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to avocado mixture.
- Well mix in reserved soaked gelatin.
- Pour into individual oiled small bowls; refrigerate until firm.
- Unmold and serve over lettuce leaves, garnished with lemon or lime slices.
