Mayonnaise Shrimp Cocktail Sauce
Comments: Excellent served along with tiny pink shrimps, or any size shrimps, into an avocado half or by itself, over a bed of lettuce leaves if desired.
Servings: 4 [enough for 14 ounces / 398 g tiny pink shrimps]
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] heavy cream [35%]
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] catsup
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] gray pepper
  • Paprika [optional]
  • Using a wooden spoon, well mix together mayonnaise, cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, catsup, salt and gray pepper until smooth and evenly colored.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve, each serving sprinkled with a little paprika if desired.
