- 3/4 cup [190 mL] mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] heavy cream [35%]
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] catsup
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] gray pepper
- Paprika [optional]

- Using a wooden spoon, well mix together mayonnaise, cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, catsup, salt and gray pepper until smooth and evenly colored.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, each serving sprinkled with a little paprika if desired.
