- 1/4 cup [60 mL] clover honey
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] nut halves

- Preheat oven broiler.
- Transfer Brie cheese wedges into 4 small oven-safe individual bowls.
- Top each with 1 tablespoon [15 mL] clover honey
- Evenly top with nut halves.
- Broil under preheated broiler for approximately 4 minutes, until cheese is half-melted.
