  • 6 tablespoonfuls [90 mL] ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] chili sauce
  • Approximately 6 teaspoons [30 mL] Cognac
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 tablespoons [180 mL] heavy cream
  • Well mix together catsup, chili sauce and Cognac.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Just before serving, stir in cream.
