- 6 tablespoonfuls [90 mL] ketchup
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] chili sauce
- Approximately 6 teaspoons [30 mL] Cognac
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 12 tablespoons [180 mL] heavy cream

- Well mix together catsup, chili sauce and Cognac.
- Salt and pepper.
- Just before serving, stir in cream.
