Ingredients	Preparation
6 tablespoonfuls [90 mL] ketchup 3 tablespoons [45 mL] chili sauce Approximately 6 teaspoons [30 mL] Cognac Salt and pepper, to taste 12 tablespoons [180 mL] heavy cream	Well mix together catsup, chili sauce and Cognac. Salt and pepper. Just before serving, stir in cream.
