Serve surrounded with canned pear halves, strawberries, kiwi, grapes, melon cubes, pineapple chunks, orange and/or grapefruit wedges, and/or spiced crabapple, along with crackers.

- 2 cups [500 mL] cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon [7 g] unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] cold water
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] crumbled Blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chopped green onion or parsley
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] minced nuts
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped celery
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] whipping cream, whipped
- Few drops green coloring

- Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Stir over hot water until dissolved.
- Mix together dissolved gelatin, crumbled blue cheese, chopped green onion or parsley, minced nuts, chopped celery and mayonnaise.
- Gently fold whipped cream into mixture.
- Well mix in green food coloring.
- Fill mold[s], and chill.
- Unmold onto a plate over lettuce leaves to serve.
