- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup [35 g] flour
- 1 1/2 bags fresh spinach, stems removed, rinsed, dried then chopped
- 16 ounces [2 cups] cottage cheese
- 1 cup [225 g] grated Old Cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] sesame seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly chopped parsley, to taste

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Beat eggs then mix in flour, chopped spinach, cottage cheese, grated Old Cheddar cheese, salt and some freshly chopped parsley.
- Pour mixture into an oiled square baking dish; sprinkle mixture with sesame seeds.
- Cover dish with al foil and bake mixture into preheated oven, for 30 minutes.
- Remove al foil and bake mixture for 15 minutes more.
- Cut mixture into squares, and serve.
