Wine Vinegar Homemade Mayonnaise

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] hot mustard
  • 1 cup [250 mL] oil
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons [15 to 30 mL] wine vinegar
  • Whip together egg, hot mustard, oil and wine vinegar, as you would for a salad dressing.
