Wine Vinegar Homemade Mayonnaise

1 egg
1 tablespoon [15 mL] hot mustard
1 cup [250 mL] oil
1 to 2 tablespoons [15 to 30 mL] wine vinegar
Whip together egg, hot mustard, oil and wine vinegar, as you would for a salad dressing.
