| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] hot mustard
- 1 cup [250 mL] oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons [15 to 30 mL] wine vinegar
|
- Whip together egg, hot mustard, oil and wine vinegar, as you would for a salad dressing.
