- 1/4 cup [60 mL] powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry yeast
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] water
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 cups [310 mL] vegetable oil
- Salt

- Mix together powdered milk, Dijon mustard, dry yeast, water, cider vinegar and minced garlic.
- Slowly pour in oil, mixing.
- Salt to taste.
