Egg-Free Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] water
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/4 cups [310 mL] vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Mix together powdered milk, Dijon mustard, dry yeast, water, cider vinegar and minced garlic.
  • Slowly pour in oil, mixing.
  • Salt to taste.
