Watercress Mayonnaise [food processor]

A nice, appetizing dark green sauce.
Servings:
2 to 3 cups [500 to 750 mL], full
1 bunch watercress, stems and leaves
1/4 cup [60 mL] dill, fresh if possible
4 green onions, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup [250 mL] unsweetened mayonnaise
Into a food processor, process together watercress, dill, green onions, lemon juice and mayonnaise until of a nice green.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Check seasonings before serving.
