- 1 pound [454 g] beef cubes
- 1/2 cup [70 g] flour
- 1/2 bottle dry red wine
- 1 cup [250 mL] or more water
- 1/2 sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] beef broth concentrate
- 1/2 tablespoon [7.5 mL] celery powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Brown beef cubes into a pressure cooker; sprinkle with flour and continue browning, stirring, until browned all over, being careful not to let cubes stick to the bottom of the cooker.
- Immediately remove from heat and pour in red wine, scraping bottom of cooker.
- Back on stove, pour in water stirring, until sauce is quite clear.
- Stir in green pepper dices, minced garlic, beef broth concentrate, celery powder, salt and pepper, until just boiling.
- Close lid, put on vent and cook for 20 minutes, at 15 pounds [6,8 kg] pressure.
- Cool down pressure cooker under cold running water to lower the pressure before opening.
