1 pound [454 g] ground beef
1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate
8 ounces [250 mL] sour cream
Hot boiled 'al dente' drained noodles for 4
Fry ground beef; drain grease.
Mix in cream of mushroom soup concentrate and sour cream.
Serve over drained noodles.
