- 6 thick pork chops
- 1 onion, small or medium-size, sliced
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of chicken or mushroom soup concentrate
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk or water
- Salt and pepper

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Arrange pork chops into an oven-safe dish.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- Envenly top with onion slices.
- Into a bowl or a small saucepan, mix together cream of chicken or mushroom soup concentrate and milk or water.
- Heat, stirring to eliminate any lump.
- Pour all over chops; cover.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 1 hour 15 minutes.
