- 1 pound [454 g] ground beef
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] garlic salt
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] catsup
- 1 [3 or 4-ounce / 85 or 113-mL] can mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup [250 mL] grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] oregano
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] grated Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 450°F [230°C].
- Into a 9-inch [23-cm] pie plate, combine ground beef, evaporated milk, breadcrumbs and garlic salt.
- Press mixture into pie plate.
- Spread catsup all over mixture.
- Evenly garnish with drained mushrooms, then sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle all over with oregano, then with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake into preheated oven for 20 minutes, until mixture is well done.
- Serve, cut into wedges.
