- 1 ham
- Water
- Flour
- Madeira or white wine

- Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
- Arrange ham onto a large enough sheet of al foil, shiny side in; pour in a little water.
- Well wrap ham into al foil.
- Bake ham into preheated oven, for 25 minutes per pound [454 g].
- To prepare sauce, mix together a little flour and a little Madeira or white wine.
- Stir into cooking juices, until thickened.
