Baked in Foil Ham

  • 1 ham
  • Water
  • Flour
  • Madeira or white wine
  • Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
  • Arrange ham onto a large enough sheet of al foil, shiny side in; pour in a little water.
  • Well wrap ham into al foil.
  • Bake ham into preheated oven, for 25 minutes per pound [454 g].
  • To prepare sauce, mix together a little flour and a little Madeira or white wine.
  • Stir into cooking juices, until thickened.
