- 2 cups [500 mL] finely chopped cooked meat
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] onion juice
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] minced parsley
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] grossly crumbled fresh bread
- 1 beaten egg
- 4 cups [1 L] drained boiled rice

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Well mix together chopped cooked meat, salt, pepper, onion juice, minced parsley, breadcrumbs and beaten egg.
- Pour 3 cups [750 mL] drained boiled rice into a well-greased 6-cup [1.5-L] baking dish.
- Fill dish with chopped meat mixture.
- Top with remaining boiled rice.
- Cover thightly; bake into preheated oven, until hot.
- Unmold unto a serving plate.
