Cheesy Pork Chops

Serve these pork chops hot, along with rice, pasta, vegetables and/or a green salad.

  • 6 pork chops
  • Butter or margarine, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Onion salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 bundle green onions
  • Grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, to taste
  • Preheat oven to 300°F [150°C].
  • Into a frypan, brown pork chops into a little melted butter or margarine, for a few seconds on each side.
  • Pork chops should be almost, not completely done.
  • Arrange pork chops onto a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle pork chops with paprika, garlic salt, onion salt and freshly ground pepper.
  • Slice green onions; sprinkle all over pork chops.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese all over pork chops, until completely coated.
  • Then sprinkle pork chops with chopped parsley.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for approximately 20 minutes, until cheese has completely melted.
